In the field of power hybrid integration, it is well known that wiring operation of power semiconductor devices is a source of strong parasitic electrical interactions between interconnections parasitic inductances, parasitic capacitances with respect to the ground plane, the power semiconductor devices themselves and the electronic control circuit. These interactions are a source of EMI on one hand and a factor limiting the performance and reducing the reliability of the power function on the other hand.
